I don't think so. IQ measures a lot of things. Wittiness requires verbal ability, a sense of humor and a lot of curiosity about the outside world.

Well, theres plenty of intelligent people who dont have much of a sense of humour, but wit is a term that is interchangeable with intelligence, so in that sense a lack of wit is a lack of intelligence
