Planck's constant h = 6.626*10^-34 J*sec The de Broglie wavelength λ of the particle is given by λ = h/p Where p denotes the linear momentum of a particle, i.e. m*V λ*m*V = h V = h/(λ*m) = 6.626*10^-34/(500*10^-12*1.67*10^-27) = 794 m/sec

Use the equation lambda = h / MV Rearange you get h/wavelength * m Sub in the numbers where h is 6.62 * 10 ^ -34 So (6.62*10 ^-34) divided by ( 1.67*10^-27) times by (500 * 10 ^-12) You get 792 * Check the calculations *
