How does a low-carb diet work? Can you eat anything you want as long as it has no carbs in it?

No...a low carb diet means you can EAT Carbs...45 carbs per meal will allow you a one pound weight loss a week.

No, you eat LOW carb, not no carb. Its very difficult to eat no carb as almost everything as a few carbs in them.
