Many. On the PC I like Stellarium. I'm fairly sure it's available on phones and tablets as well.

Yes, there are several apps, but the one I recommend is the Skyguide app which is quite fascinating.

I like Sky Guide, and... it’s free. It’ll alert you before the space station flies over also...
