Losing weight in summer but what happens when fall comes?

I’m a teacher, I have the summer off. I have @8 weeks to focus on me. But then what do I do in the fall when I’m back to working 2 jobs and have zero me time? I’ll already be working a 14-15hr day, 4 kids with homework. I’m screwed aren’t I?
