i am working at mcdonalds and there is a fat guy demanding that i double the size of his meal but he still pays the same price for it and his reason for it is because he has a big stomach and he threatens to beat me up if i dont do it

Do not be scared , just batter him ,that will deflate his stomach from causing you any more problems

You can always ask your manager to deal with difficult customers and let others know that you have been threatened. Worst case is to call the police on him.
