Can a universe theoretically exist with no causality?

Who can say ????? I guess noone can forecast it with full certainty

Yes but only if we specify the causality to be observable causality. One of the dominant models for the creation of our own universe is that it was born through a quantum event. Which is totally random and spontaneous.

Of course. The constituents of a universe with no causality would simply not interact with each other. With no interaction, there is no cause and effect.

Yes. Why or how? I'm afraid those questions have no meaning in a universe without causality.
