I feel the urge to perform small rituals to feel satisfied and because I can. It's making my life a living hell! I'm 17 and I also have Aspergers. How can I stop my OCD?

There are books on fighting ocd.

OCD meds work very well. Go see a therpaist.

maybe you should go see a psychiatrist, you might need some meds for it

I got over mind; When I was a kid, I'd jump over cracks and lines. If you happen to see me do that back then, you would have thought I was tripping, but no. It was a really bad habit that took years to get rid of.
