Is it correct to say, in your LOW/HIGH 40s/50s for in your EARLY/LATE 40s/50s?

Eg, I feel like I'm IN MY LOW 40s to tell you the truth, and I'll stack up myself against a lot of guys fitness wise, and I think that's what the secret is.

In my experience in Britain, it would be strange to say LOW/HIGH 40s etc. EARLY/MID/LATE 40s is what I would expect to hear and see written.

For age. No you would not use lower 40’s. You would use the terms early, mid or late For weather you would use the lower 40’s.

Early and late are the words used in English to describe age ranges. High and low are what are used for temperature. You may use them to refer to age if you like, but be prepared for people to think you are talking about being too warm.
