If someone jumped from 300ft on to a pebble beach what is the likelihood of it being fatal?

Basically 99.9999% fatal. For comparison, a leap from the Golden Gate Bridge (which is 250ft high) is 99% fatal, even though it is above water.

If you're lucky - you die on impact. If you're less lucky - you survive but live the rest of your-life totally paralysed wishing you were dead.
