Does this sound like an eating disorder or just unhealthy eating habits?

In the morning I will have two cups of coffee (no breakfast), for lunch I will have a salad that has vinegar and a tiny bit of blue cheese crumbles on it, then after lunch I will have one cup of tea, and for dinner I will have chicken and veggies.
