Verbal aggression, taunting perhaps. the content is not what is important, it is the attitude. lies or truth do not matter. the object is to get a rise out of you.

It happens every day since Donald Trump was elected. He lies blatantly, and knows we have figured it out... but I'm not sure whether he hopes we will get angry. I personally think he has a mental disorder wherein he believe his own nonsense.
