Keep thinking about murder videos from best gore?

For some reason when i watched the first murder video i watched like a few more and now i can’t stop thinking about the gruesome scenes. How do i kinda forget about it?

expose yourself to more i guess...its called desensitising and the more you watch the more desisitized you you become...it will still be gruesome and disgusting and horrible and sad..but...ya..nevermind your crazy

Read the Bible. Start with the New Testament, Gospel of John first; then Romans. That should keep you busy for a while and y ou will forget about the videos.
