When I’m fully erect why is my penis head not hard at all? Bare in mind the body of my penis is rock hard. I’m 15 and I’ve had this for as long as I can remember.

The penis has two muscles right? I’m on about the top muscle/the glans. Does this not get hard? Thanks for your help :)

No one’s penis gets hard at the tip.

The tip doesnt get hard. The shaft has spongy tissue in it that fills with blood-that is what makes an erection. The tip does not have that tissue in it, it will never get "hard"
