Any student, including overseas students must study a one year Arts Foundation course prior to entry to an honours degree course.

Well, that depends on whom you mean by "we". You personally can do art in university. I'm not sure whether I can or not.

You can apply for any course that you like. If you look online for Unis they will tell you what they require. They will find it odd that you have not done A level Art.
