If there’s a rash, it’s most likely from antibiotics. Talk to your doctor. If it’s dry skin, stay on a low fat diet because you don’t process fats as well. Again, you need to talk to your doctor about this.

Most likely this has nothing to do with the surgery. Just keep taking care of your skin properly and use hydrating lotions if needed.
