I'm thinking of people saying they are allergic to: Mondays, meetings, morning, math lessons, selfies, bank statements, etc. Any other funky suggestions. Lots of thanks.

Allergic to relationships and commitments - that is a big one. Allergic to drama, small enclosures, circus clowns, hard work/sweating, etc...

Here's one: I am allergic to employees that are more willing to claim ignorance of an assigned job, because it is easier for them than to actually either Do the job or Learn How to do it.
