Aren't we creating Energy from an electric motor that receive a horse power for one hour of work produced?

    No. We cannot create energy. It already exists. An electric motor needs electricity to work. Nothing is created by plugging a cord into the wall.

    We are TRANSFORMING energy not creating it. We take a kw hr of electrical energy and with a good motor we might get 70% of that as work done. The other 30% is lost as heat. So rather than creating energy we are LOSING useful energy.

    If an electric motor uses 745.7 watt-hours of electric energy, then it could produce one horsepower for an hour. No energy is created, it is just transformed from electric form into mechanical form.
