Is skin cancer becoming more common? What are some of the risk factors?

Risk factors include tanning beds, exposure to the sun, not using sun block when you are out in the sun and being fair-skinned. There may also be a genetic factor involved as well, since some families (such as my husband's) have a history of skin cancer.
