I am diabetic and never had swelling feet, it sounds more like circulation problems because you sit for so long but check it out with your doctor.

No. It means you need to get up and walk every hour instead of just sitting for hours on end.

No diabetes, probably. It's called vasal insufficiency. Either sit less and walk more or try to elevate your feet when sitting. It's unusual for someone as young as you.

The chances are that you just need to take more exercise, but see a doctor in case it's an indicator of something more serious.
