I ordered a package originally from Indiana and it arrived here in Washington where I am, and now its in Oregon?? wtf?

It’s happened to me a few times, never really gotten a solid answer. Had my packages come into my state, then back out then a few days back in and then delivered. I’m thinking people forget to unload them from the trucks/planes
