Let the center be (4,y) on the line x=4. the radius r is r=(y-7)=sqr[(5^2+(y-2)^2] => y^2-14y+49=25+y^2-4y+4 => 10y=20 => y=2 => the center=(4,2) =>r=|2-7|=5 => the equation of the circle is (x-4)^2+(y-2)^2=25.
