    if you are lucky, you can eat human flesh without it making you ill yes. For raw you need more luck than for cooked. Creutzfeld-Jacob is caused by prions. Cooking doesn't eliminate prions

    If the person had parasites, you might get them if the flesh is uncooked. Brains have been known to cause a degenerative brain disease called Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease. According to lore, habitual cannibals develop a corpse like odor.
