Since Antarctica can reach temperature like -80 C, ,why isn’t there any place on the planet earth can reach an air temperature like 70C, 80C?

There is such a place. The Sauna at a gym is typically 76.66 C or 170 F.

Everywhere on Earth is above 80 degrees Kelvin, even Antarctica! Kelvin degrees are the same size as Celsius degrees.

Because 0°C is not the average temperature.

Go to Hawaii. Stand on the lava. Take the air temperature. I bet it is well over 80 degrees C.
