Is it a privilege to have access to abortion or equal pay or not to have your genitals cut ? Probably not. Or be able to breastfeed in public? Nah. Just a term for issues that affect how women live, work or whatever.

Yes. Since women already have more legal rights (also known as 'rights') than men (in the west anyway), that's EXACTLY what it is.
