What can I do to lessen the fears of women, and white women in particular, when walking on streets and on the elevator?

What fears? Agoraphobia? Fear of spiders? Elevatorphobia? If you added some details users would have some idea how to help. ( I’ve got a fear of holes like in colanders but there’s no way of avoiding them. I just have to stay strong).
