yes, it can ris your blood pressure, not a good thing, see your doctor asap stop cofee and excitants, take it easy and walk often

It is not known to. Billions of people around the world deal with high levels of stress everyday and never get nose bleeds. There is always a Cause or reason for nosebleeds, but stress alone is not likely one of them.
