You know those pretty girls you see around Los Angeles, Miami, etc. What do girls like that usually eat in a day?

They eat Lots of salads and the current diet fad, but they will Never give You the time of day. So just get over it right now.

Salads, with low calorie dressing, for lunch and diner. a piece of toast and and egg or tofu for breakfast. There does need to be more protein in their diets, so they do find it in other places.

Their diet probably consists of anything they can get their hands on . . . Which is promptly vomited back out.
