15 degrees = one hour difference, Go west and add, go east and subtract. However you have to take into account time zones.

The world is 360 degrees around. There are 24 hours in a day. San Diego is 120 degrees from London, which is one third of the way around the world. One third of 24 is 8 so if it is noon in San Diego it is eight hours ahead in London, or 8 PM.

Is that San Diego in California, USA? Across the world there are several places called San Diego. That comes from the time when Spain owned several parts of the world including parts of what is now the USA.

Same day. Nine or eight or seven hours later, early evening. Cannot be specific on the hour, as it might be a daylight savings or "Summertime" adjustments in USA and England happening on different "Tuesdays".

London is on Daylight savings time, so they are in time zone GMT+1 San Diego is in Time Zone GMT-7. That is an EIGHT hour difference. So if it is 1200 (noon) in San Diego then it will be 12 + 8 = 20 2000 hours or 8PM
