I'm a female and my left breast hurt only only the left side close to my arm an was wondering could this be a heart attack?

Don't hesitate with any chest/arm pain. Please seek medical attention

It very well could be. I know of several people who had back pain a month or so before a heart attack. The left side chest and arm pain is a classic sign. It's better to get checked out.

if your feeling extremely debilitated it might be a good idea to go on in and get checked out ..
