Will a small ring size (male) fit a 15 year old male its for my son's birthday which is on sunday?

Very strange thing: when somebody made up ring sizes and shoe sizes, the size scales are CLOSE for men. A man who wears 9.5 shoe will wear APPROX 9.5 ring size. You'll probably need to jeweler to get it just right, though.

Only if he has small fingers. Everyone is different and we have no idea what your son's fingers look like. At 15 I wore a size 13 ring.
