Very few people have heard of "Black Wall Street," and how it was destroyed. It's incredibly interesting and you'd be doing a service by educating (probably even your teacher) about a subject that is not well-known.

Pick something a little less ordinary. Instead of President, such as JFK or LBJ, maybe a state governor or Senator. Or instead of WW2's holocaust the Armenian holocaust of WW1.
