What are some ways to deal or get better with anxiety and sadness along with stress if you get everyday?

Whether it be music or just other ways instead of venting to someone like a therapist because I feel that it might not help..also I talk people like one person everyday and vent but still feel ah

Meditation is supposed to be transformative if you stick with it. Literally, like it transforms your brain's wiring so you are more able to cope.
