It will not produce a teaspoon full of semen , it may produce 2 or 3 ml only and contain lakhs of sperms and only one of them is needed to impregnate a lady . Regards.

I think you mean seminal fluid. You probably have a large prostate, which could account for it. See a doctor if your concerned, but as long as you are experiancing no pain, uritogenitally speaking, and no pain in your rectum, then you should be fine.
