So I was reading about terahertz radiation, and supposedly its optic. That brought up a question, whats the difference between microwave radiation, and optic radiation. Like is it is the way the electromagnetic wave propagates or whats the deal

Wavelength and frequency. Or frequency and wavelength if you want to look at it that way round.

It only differs in FREQUENCY------it's the sensors or materials it effects that are different---they react to different frequencies of EM radiation

Frequency or Wavelength, same difference. These are all EM (electromagnetic) emissions somewhere along a sliding scale.
