My dad (a senior) Went to the dentist because he had severe tooth pain. He had a tooth extraction and when he returned home he realised the painful tooth was still there and a good tooth was gone. What should he do?

He needs to demand that the dentist give him a free implant to replace the lost tooth.

Contact a lawyer and see what the laws are about things like this.

He could if he has lots of money. Suing is not free.

Contact lawyer. He should be reimburced for the suffering and the price of a new implant should be covered

He can sue. He can try malpractice. It will likely come down to his word of which tooth he said was hurting vs. the dentist's word on which tooth your dad indicated. Teeth cannot hurt. It's the guns around the teeth that have nerves. That sucks.

Contact the dentist.

I guess the next extraction is free. Talk with the dentist and be ready for a court battle.
