Do Sperm With Semen Die In Distilled Water (37°) ? And In how Many Time ?

At 37 C, the sperm would die in a few minutes, and at 40 C it would be a few seconds. Plain water doesn't have the chemicals needed to keep sperm alive.

sperm in semen are the same thing you must be really young to even be on here

Yes, they will. Look up osmosis. How fast depends upon how quickly the protective outer gel formed by seminal fluids is removed, but as soon as a bare naked spermatazoa is in contact with distilled water, death will be almost instantaneous.
