I was wondering because although I have a lot of people say good things about me I also have a good chunk of criticism as well. Is it possible to go through life without having people criticize you?

Just ignore those who criticise your lifestyle, unless, they are genuinely worried about your wellbeing or damage you may be inflicting on others.
