Get to a doctor fast. You may have done harm to your eardrum with a silly home remedy. You can go permanently deaf if it remains untreated.

Peroxide can be used for cleaning ear wax although I wouldn't recommend applying it yourself. It's no use for infections. Dizziness is a symptom of an ear infection. If it hasn't cleared up in the next two days, see a doctor.
