Suppose you are in a space capsule heading straight towards Mars at a constant speed of 0.1c. If you measure the speed of light from the Earth as you leave it behind, what speed will you observe? Please show the detailed steps.

you can never head " straight towards mars" you are both moving , if at any time other than the end of your journey you are heading straight to mars you will never get there

There are no steps to show. When you measure the speed of light (in a vacuum) you *always* get 'c' however you are moving. This is the main postulate of the Special Theory of Relativity.
