What are you asking? We all know the country 'India', and some of us are familiar with the Latin word 'timidus' meaning (surprise!) 'timid' or 'fearful'. So - what exactly is your question?

My Latin is no longer up to translating that word. But I do note "India" as part of the word so perhaps it is a geographical reference.
