I feel like my fing ers look larger. It's a warmer day and I am wearing a finger ring and now I can't take it off.

You're probably dehydrated. Either that, or you're eating way too much sodium. Both of those things can cause you to look puffy by retaining water. I suggest drinking more water, and maybe reduce your sodium intake.
