So I just had a big cheat day I went on a little tripped and totally splurged my calorie deficit is 1510 and I ate 3128 calories.im so discouraged how do I move on from this ? I really didn’t think it was that much

You are so just looking for an excuse to get off of your diet. So you ****** up. Get back to what you were supposed to be doing. It won't make any difference.
