It's a huge cause. The only competition i can imagine would come from the religious right. But we never hear from them b/c feminists run the show when it comes to Hollywood, universities, the media and, increasingly, the government.

Yes. Most of the laws that discriminate on the basis of sex were pushed by femnists.

No. Feminism strives to eradicate sexism. However, there's always a backlash. Most people aren't focused on feminism unless they have a mean feminist in their life.
