I hit my head hard on a metal bar this morning.. I have no symptoms but what if my brain is bleeding (hematoma)?

don't worrying ,you may have bump. it will go away in a few days

you should see a doctor if you’re worried and if you start vomiting out of no where go to the ER

Unless the bleed is bad there is nothing to be done and you will heal. If it was bad you would have symptoms.

If your brain was bleeding, you'd have symptoms. If you have no symptoms within 24 hours, you're fine.
