Note that the word "alot" does not exist, as your spell checker would probably have told you. You mean "a lot" - two words. The verb "to allot" (note double L) means "to make available to a certain person or organisation".

There is no such word as "alot." There's a two-word phrase, "a lot," which means "many." There's also a word "allot," which means "assign" or "make available." But not "alot."

omit the words "been doing/have done alot of" and change "hurtful" to "have hurt", then omit "things to".

many, numerous, manifold, a multitude of, several, etc. But a lot is appropriate here because of the informal tone of the sentence. "really messed up". The big problem here is the exclamation point. Even informally, one is enough.

"Alot" is not a word. If you're going to use it, use "a lot". Otherwise, "a great deal of really messed up things" would be a substitute. Or, "I have done many messed up things"
