change the dentist you go to because not all have rude hygienists

They are the dentists underling and paid a paltry salary. They wanted to be proper dentists but were too dense to pass the exams. So they end up as dental hygienists and are bullied and pushed around by the dentists.

Ah, it is just that one hygienist doesn't like you at all is all that that is.
