So my wisdom teeth seem to be coming in (I’m 14) and it seems to be hurting half of the teeth in my mouth is that normal?

It can hurt quite a lot because wisdom teeth have big roots.

No that is not normal. The wisdom tooth could be coming in at an angle and thus causing unneeded pain. Extraction is the easy fix for such a situation, but your dentist would have the best info to determine the course of action.
