Last night I was going to bed when suddenly my heart rate jumped from 60 to 100 bpm, blood pressure went to 195/128, got short of breath and my chest started getting tighter and tighter to the point where I thought my heart would stop.

No. Your symptoms sound NOTHING like a heart attack. They sound more like an anxiety attack.
