Their daily curriculum has too much time devoted to preparing children to take these tests instead of basic core lessons in English, math, history and science. Schools boards are more co corned with these exam results instead of a good solid curriculum.

Teaching just to pass tests limits other material that teachers want to teach that they think is important.

There are literally hundreds of thousands of ways to teach, hundreds of millions of different possible opinions to include or exclude, and billions of different minds to influence. Education is too important to ruin for the sake of conformity.
